ZillowVERIFIED This was the 5th and 6th house we have bought/sold through Allison so her stellar attention to detail, exceptional organizational and scheduling skills (to keep the hair pulling and homelessness to a minimum), while she juggled the numerous details to make our sale closing almost simultaneous with closing on our new home, came as no surprise. With her signature aplomb, uncanny ability to understand our needs and her refined marketing skills she had our house sold lickety-split and moved in to our new house only a few hours later. Insightful, adaptable, accommodating, patient and reliable. We recommend her without reservation to anyone buying, selling, in state, out of state and all of the above.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison is fantastic! Reliable, Professional. She helped us first when we relocated across the country from California to Florida with absolutely no clue as to what direction we were going to go. With her guidance and expertise, she not only ensured we closed on our first home in less than 30 days but she made the process so seamless! Most Realtors can claim that you are in good hands, but with Allison, we felt it every step of the way. Highly Recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison is awesome. She had to make numerous trips out of her way and often in the middle of the day to accommodate my schedule and availability to house hunt. She was constantly sending me new listings as they popped up so I wasn't missing any opportunities in my area. She also helped me find great financing and put me in touch with the right people to get my first home purchase done right and with absolutely no headaches or aggravation. I'm sure we've all heard some bad stories about the home buying experience, but I didn't have a single complaint about this one.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison was wonderful to work with! It was challenging because I was looking for a condo in Florida from out of state. Allison did a wonderful job previewing condos for me so we only visited ones that truly met my wish list during my visits. She was able to answer questions and helped guide me through every step of this process. She was quick with her responses. She always made me feel as if I was her top priority. I would definitely recommend her to others looking to purchase or sell property in Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED We refer to Allison as our family Realtor. She has negotiated with the purchase of two homes, the sale of one home, and is working on preparing for the sale of another home. In my most recent home purchase, Allison has proven (again) to be an outstanding professional who has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed, even after the sale was completed. She is a woman of integrity and I will continue to recommend her to anyone needing a top notch realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive bought and sold homes for many years. Allison was my absolute favorite to work with! She was knowledgeable and straight to the point. I told her what I wanted and she was able to find it. She went over and above by having odd questions answered for me and supplying local recommendations for workers to help with the property once we were closed. I highly recommend Allison!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison was very responsive to our specific needs and worked hard to help us obtain the House and property that we recently purchased. Allison worked hard to provide us several houses and properties to look at along the way. There were some issues with the mortgage company however; Allison was able to help us navigate through these issues and close on time. Thank you Allison for your expertise end guidance during our recent purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison is an exceptional buyers representative. Searching the internet for a new home can be done by anyone so what makes a great buyers rep? Everything else. All the things that result in extra work, unexpected costs and frustration. We just purchased a third property through Allison and with each deal Allison provided invaluable advise and guidance, did all of the aEUR~grunt work by first understanding what we wanted so we wouldnt waste our time looking at properties that didnt suit our needs (we were aEUR~out-of-town buyers in all three cases), then she researched the necessary neighborhood information, flood category, master plan information, insurance, HOA specifics and on and on. She accurately and firmly represented us presenting our offer to the seller and not only arranged for the best Home and Pest Inspection Ive ever had done but she also skillfully negotiated a mutually satisfactory compromise that ameliorated a couple of concerns raised from said inspections. And she is fun to work with. We want to buy more property just so we can work with Allison again. Anyone looking to purchase property in the Wesley Chapel/San Antonio/Dade City area would be well advised to be represented by Allison.

ZillowVERIFIED On a whim, after leaving another realtor, I looked at a house of which I was a little unsure. It was older and in an area that wasn't where I had been looking. I was shown the house by Allison, who was also the listing agent. I had planned to find another agent, but after being shown this house and talking to Allison I decided to put in an offer on the house she showed me. She was very upfront and honest. She made sure the home buying process went smoothly, when a snag was encountered she handled it quickly, and we closed on the house on time. I don't plan to buy another house anytime soon, but if I were going to I would seek Allison's help again. I am still very pleased with the house, the buying experience, the help I received, and the team of people that made this happen.

She is a good listener, very professional, and has a keen understanding of the housing market. I would definitely work with her again and I highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED I am used to having more communication from a realtor and felt like we needed to take more action - take initiative to ask for status reports - to remain informed about what was happening with the process. This was perhaps more critical to us, as we had a lot of moving parts in a contingency sale, to include when to pull the plug on signing lease and other relocation commitments for an inter-state move. Otherwise, Allison was extremely professional, knew the market and what it would bear, supported our decisions, and was responsive to our requests. We are, needless to say, happy with the outcome.

We really cannot recommend her enough. If your selling or buying, Allison will go to bat for you. A++++++++++++++++ Shane and Michele Laughridge

ZillowVERIFIED Allison took over from a realtor who was unable to sell my house over a six month period. Allison took new pictures of the home (including aerial views from a drone!) and starting the marketing from scratch. The increase in the traffic through the house resulting in an offer within two months that was accepted. She also worked with us throughout the closing process - as we had already moved to Australia. Everything from our side of the closing went to plan under Allison's guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison Newlon, is a very professional relator! She was the relator that assisted me in the purchase of my new home. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and tended to my every need in what I was looking for. I have dealt with other relators in the past and Allison has exceeded my expectation in what I was looking for. Purchasing a NEW home when you are out of state is a feet by itself, however, Allison has made it as easy and painless as possible. I rate her an 11 out of a possible 10
