ZillowVERIFIED Allison was so great! I have to admit that I was extremely difficult in the beginning moving from South Carolina back to Pennsylvania with family in the area. I had no idea what I wanted but I knew I wanted something. She asked me every question under the sun about what I wanted and I had no clue, just something with character. She heard it loud and clear and ran with it! She sent me home after home after home and always checked in to make sure I had received them and asked my opinion. She was understanding and we eventually got to a point where I found the house that I fell in love with within a reasonable time frame. During the crazy process she always checked in on me and asked if I needed anything. I fully recommend Allison to everyone serious about buying a home! This wasn't my first time buying a home or working with a realtor but myself and my kids are so grateful to have had the pleasure working with her.

She absolutely knows what she's doing with it also evident that she enjoys what she does. She very truly cares about her clients, and getting the best possible price for the client. She has contacts to take care of the property, to get it in the best shape possible for the client. Her local knowledge is impeccable, She's very responsive in communication whether it was phone calls, text or emailing. This was key as I live in New York. Allison was able to get all necessary items done without me having to make multiple trips to PA. This was very key for me in the process. Like already said Allison cares about the client, making it so simple. Highly recommend Allison as the real estate agent to work with. If I ever decide again to purchase PA property, I know who to call.

She was willing to drive to a distance to show us homes as well as work with our all over the place schedules. She listened and noted every detail we were looking for when buying a home and layed out suggestions we didnt think of. While doing walk throughs, she took pictures and notes of things to be addressed before/during/after putting in an offer. She was very responsive and had great communication the whole process!
