At one of the properties we looked at she professionally spent about 5+ minutes helping the showing realtor about some of the local laws. When I hire a realtor my expectations are that they will know more about the process than I do. When hiring Allison this is in fact true.

She went above and beyond trying to manage our busy schedules and finding the right houses for us. When we decided to take a break in looking (for a year), she was completely understanding. She kept in touch with us and when we were ready again, she was right there with with support and expertise! The market has been crazy but Allison reassured us that we would find the right one.
