Allison helped my wife and I buy a Pelican Bay condo this year. In a word, Allison's work for us was outstanding. We looked at condos from Moorings through Park Shore, Pelican Bay and further north; Allison knew this area very well. Allison is a great lady, and we had lots of laughs working together. Allison has a wonderful work ethic; she was on the job seven days a week, and was always prompt and cordial in returning our calls and texts. Allison Callas is an exceptional real estate agent! We recently purchased a condo in Pelican Bay and Allison was recommended to us by friends who had also used her for their buying process. Allison met with us to get a thorough understanding of our needs and priorities. Since we were visiting for a short period of time, we appreciated how quickly Allison set up showings that aligned well with our needs and tight schedule. When we fell in love with one place early on, she encouraged us to keep an open mind and we ended up purchasing an amazing condo for much less than the one we had initially focused on.
