ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I wanted to sell our house and buy a bigger one for our growing family. We were total beginners to this process, and Allison was phenomenal to work with! She explained everything in great detail, and always answered all of our random questions in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable about all of the things related to buying/selling a home, but if theres something that comes up that may be out of her area of expertise, she has great people she can refer you to. I hope to not move again for many years to come, but I would HIGHLY recommend Allison to anyone looking for a great realtor, and would definitely work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison did an awesome job at helping us through the process of buying our second home. Very timely at replying if we had any questions and with getting us info or documents we had to view and sign. Kept in touch throughout period waiting for closing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area of Kankakee. We were able to get a cute, quiet home in Bradley in a queer neighborhood. The home is in a great location as well. She was great at negotiating the price as well as seller paying closing costs. She also gave us more info at the closing as to tax exemptions for homeowners. She kept in touch with us through email and text with anything that came up along the way. She was good at sending us helpful listings that matched our search criteria. This is the second time we worked with her fishing a home and we sold our first home with her as well which went very quick and we got full asking price! I would highly recommend working with Allison if you are moving or know someone moving to the Kankakee area. Very friendly and good to talk to as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down one of the best. We knew it wouldnt be an easy task to sell our place based on location but Allison was able to make it happen. Even dealing with a few bumps in the road. She made the entire process a great experience. Communication was excellent along the way. The most impressive characteristic was her dedication to get all the way to finish line even coming in clutch last minute to complete the closing on time. Well done !!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Allison two times now. She is the absolute best, always follows up and never makes you feel like your questions are poor. She is trustworthy and I know I can depend on her! Allison sold our home to us in 2017 and then just sold it again for us. Allison completed detailed market analyses for the company who was conducting my relocation and worked hard to ensure we got a buyer quickly. When they backed out of their offer, Allison activated the listing again within hours and had showings lined up the next day. She was able to reach out to all back ups and we had another accepted offer within 2 days.
