First step is speaking with a lender to determine what you can actually afford and how much your closing costs will be. I work with the best people!

I would start donating and cleaning out items you no longer need. Next I would considering a free professional staging consult (I offer these).

I have worked with first-time Buyers to luxury clients and they are all VIPs to me.

I recently helped a family buy their forever home and this was our 7th sale together!

I always loved home design and problem solving, so this seemed like a natural choice!
