During this time she kept me up to date with progress and also helped with any negotiations that were required. Her local knowledge of the area certainly helped with finding the necessary inspectors to check the property prior to purchase. ZillowVERIFIED Allicen was very professional and always responded quickly to all of our questions and if she didn't know she was just as quick to find out. With every house we had in mind she had three more in possible prospect which was so relieving with such a busy schedule of our own. She was able to meet almost all our requirements and had such patience with the needs we had and with the amount of houses we turned away she showed no irritation. She took the time to get to know our very different tastes in homes (my husband and I) and put the mix of them together to find us our perfect home. She also helped in the selling of my Grandfather's home after he passed away just before we purchased our own home, and I couldn't have asked for a more professional person. Not only did she do her job, but she showed compassion for a family who had not only lost a loved one, but a childhood home as well. She doesn't treat you like you're just her next paycheck and that's all the difference, and you can feel it in the way she treats you. When we decide to sell our home and purchase another we will without a doubt use Allicen again and I refer her to every single person I know buying or selling a home.

After being pre-approved to buy my 1st home, I was referred to another Realtor who treated me as my loan amount wasnt enough to make helping me worth his time. Then a friend gave me contact info for a local agent, Allicen, who helped in his searches, but I was skeptical due to his obvious crush. The next sign was a real estate office I kept passing & finally stopped at where I found one name all over the fliers: Allicen Cooper. Finally in the same week a random person suggested that instead of "Zillowing it up," I should contact his sister...yep...Allicen Cooper! The signs were clear & my only regret is not calling her sooner. She showed me a home that weekend that I had been trying to see through the 1st agent for weeks! I felt like I was her only client & to this day have received the same great service for any questions or concerns that have come up even after purchasing my home. She spent over 6 months helping me search for my dream home, notifying me of any homes that popped up with my criteria & working around my schedule to see houses. When I found it, her expertise in every aspect of buying a home from completing inspections to writing Addendums & negotiating with lenders/sellers she made the entire process so smooth that even when problems arose the issues were solved before I knew they had even come up! Allicen Cooper is the best resource when it comes to buying/selling homes. I don't think the five stars above are enough - she deserves more. She has been so very patient with us. Every step of the way has been a hurdle, some are taking longer than others.
