The service they gave us was great every step of the way. We had a roof leak pop up on the day of selling one of the homes, and Patrick came right away to help us resolve the issue and set forth the actions needed to ensure we could still sell and keep our buyers happy. Basically, if something needed to be done, Patrick and Alli were on it. I would highly recommend Hero Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

When I tell you Alli designed the look of our home that is not a lie. I knew the very basic idea of what I wanted my house to look like, and with her experience, great taste, patience, and down to earth attitude, Alli was able to walk me through picking all the small details of my new house in about an hour. Everyone that comes in my house compliments my great taste. She and her entire team and associates made the entire process seamless and not stressful at all; and for buying your first home, that is pretty admirable! At the time i was an over the road trucker and throughout the entire process Patrick was right there, even though the late night questions, the home inspection (since I was unable to attend) he stood by and explained everything to my wife and answered all concerns she had, all of the negotiations he fought to get us the absolute best deal possible, and they even got us a housewarming gift. If I ever buy another home The Bilger team is the only team I'll deal with....... oh and a year later they still check back on us absolutely fantastic people
