He knows everything about the area and different developments, knows hows to cut the red tape, will give you the best guidance on pros and cons of each home as he sees it and best of all he does not push any property on you. He had an uncanny ability to figure out what I was looking for and guide me to homes that fit that criteria. We did all of our tours through FaceTime which worked surprisingly well.
