ZillowVERIFIED I met Allan when I was looking for an investment property in Flint. Allan was very helpful, responsive, resourceful, and timely. He went to the property and FaceTime me to show me the interior and exterior. He connected me with a home inspection company. It was a pleasure working with him to secure a property. I would recommend him to anyone in the area who is looking to buy or sale real estate!

ZillowVERIFIED Allan was great, I it was not for his drive my wife and I would never had gotten our dream home. He really knows his stuff. I would greatly recomend his services. Allan was able to find a house within our price range in an area we wanted. It only took seeing a few houses for him to find a perfect match. He was also able to negotiate with the owners to actually win the bid.
