She was responsive to our search criteria with great market knowledge of the southeastern Wisconsin area. She was very dedicated to us and never gave up on our search for a second home. We eventually decided to build our second home, and she helped us find a lot close to Lake Beulah. The closing process was smooth and uneventful. Her local knowledge and resourcefulness helped us choose a home builder she recommended. We are very happy with this recommendation and well on our way to building our dream vacation home on this lot she helped us purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Alissa went above and beyond to make sure I had the home of my dreams in the price range I needed. She made the impossible, possible. I bought a home in Kenosha , Wisconsin and moved from Fort Wayne , Indiana. So since I wasn?t always available to go to showings Alissa did an amazing job communicating with my daughter who lives in Kenosha, showing her homes as often as possible anywhere anytime of the week and worked around her schedule. I would recommend her to anyone because she truly puts her heart into what she does and treats her clients the way you?d treat your family . I?m couldn?t be happier with my new home and I am completely appreciative of all the hard work Alissa put in to make sure I was happy. I now live minutes away from my children and grandchildren. ZillowVERIFIED Alissa Traughber was extremely beyond with me & She helped me to find my first home, it was not easy after few showing & not liking the homes because it didn?t had what I was looking for & not be able to find the right home. I was getting frustrating, irritated but it all takes time & lots of patience but from the very last home Alissa forward me I knew this was the perfect ?doll house ? to start off , wasn?t to convince about the offer being accepted it. But it never hurts to try ?? but within a week It didn?t hurt to give it a try again to make an offer !! Alissa stood on top of every single text , call , emails & what not!! . Mostly because I was all over the map on my decision on which way I wanted to go, build, existing home, condo....I was a realtors nightmare. After looking for a long time I just kind of backed off, sent her a gas card because I felt bad and took a break. Then months later our business sold and we had to start the process all over.
