Not only was Alison extremely knowledgeable about the area and the properties, but once she learned what I liked she sent me listings daily and showed me several properties that I chose to look at. One thing that sets Alison apart from other realtors is her customer service. As an out of state client from Texas, the time I could shop for a home was limited. Her expertise of the area and market allowed her to make every minute count. She paid attention to my initial criteria and didn't waste time on properties that didn't fit the scope. I ended up purchasing a lot and building a new home in Emerald Isle. Alison was right on target with her CMA for the lot and our offer was accepted. Not being a local resident, I also needed help in selecting a builder. Again, Alison helped with this process. She even took pictures of the building process and sent them to me. I have bought and sold many homes and I don't know many realtors that would've put in the time and attention to detail that Alison did.
