I have worked with Alison for over 5 years. She assisted on the purchase of my first place in Estes Park. Her attention to detail saved me from purchasing a property that was listed as short term rentable, but was not. When I decided to sell the property that I purchased at that time to look for a place with main floor living, she was my obvious choice. She sold that property quickly and at a price higher than I thought possible. We then started looking for the property with main floor living. This happened just in time for the real estate market to shut down because of Covid. It took us 8 months to find our new place. We had Alison doing Facetime tours of a dozen places. some we found reasons that the place wasn't right for us and some that Alison said, You won't be happy with this place. We knew we could trust her in everything she said, so when she called and said, I think I have found your place, we flew out to Colorado the following day. She was right. It is exactly what we were looking for. We are getting settled in our new place and couldn't be happier. If I get the urge to move again, Alison will be my first and only call.
