ZillowVERIFIED Do yourself a favor and work with Alison for your Cleveland area real estate search. I'm from out of town, was looking in the area and found a really unique historical home that required special expertise. Alison dove right in, researching the home, making calls and learning all she could. She attended every single appointment that I couldnt make it to (inspectors, contractors, etc.) and trust me, there were many. In the end, everything went super smoothly, the communication was awesome, and I ended up with my sweet little dream house. Alison knows whats up and worked super hard for me. Call her!

Coming to the table for us with many listings that fit our criteria and a few that were out of the box due to opening our minds. Once we did find the home we wanted she went hard and fast to make sure that the offers and everything was in place. She helped us secured a preapproval which sped up the process even more. I was actually amazed at the amount she knew about homes and everything else that goes with it that I might not have known. During the negotiations and contracts we ran into some issues and Alison was truly amazing in responding to the issues as well as making sure all the checks and balances happened correctly. From our initial contact through it all in about a 2 month span Alison was always amazing; always willing to answer text messages and eager to make the home buying process as easy as possible for my family. ZillowVERIFIED Alison impressed us from the beginning when she answered a question that we asked about houses listed on line and offered to help us with our search. (two other agents that we contacted did not answer or follow up) She worked with us though we were from out of town and were not sure where exactly we wanted to buy. I did a lot of online searching for specific needs in our new house and gave her lists of homes that seemed good. She also got us on an email search list of homes. She arranged home visits as we requested, quickly answered any and all questions, negotiated the sale and in general made it easy for us to buy the house despite being out of town.

I had frustrations with other agents because I felt they treated me like I wasnt worth their time because I wasnt planning to spend $250,000 or more. Alison treated me like I was going to spend a million dollars. She was very committed and never made me feel like I was a bother or not worth her time. Alison was available anytime. I cannot believe how accessible she was, far more than anyone should expect. Her team gave great advice when it came to selling and with buying she made plenty of room for us to do what we wanted, was very gentle with advice and always available during the looking and buying process.
