Aliscia was so patient and helped us navigate our way through different towns trying to determine where to live in unfamiliar territory would work best for us. She will walk through your house and tell you what needs to change and then she will help you change it. Yes, she will even help you move your furniture. She will not be a "yes" person. She will be nice but tell you what you need to change to help you sell your house. If there is something you can't do, she has a list of people from painters to contractors who are great at what they do also. Highly recommend her.
