I met Alisa by searching on the web for homes. It seemed like every road led me to her. I didn't want to make the call because I didn't feel like being pressured by another real estate agent. I ended up driving through a desired neighborhood one day and wanted more information on a particular property so I called her. She had no idea who I was but seemingly dropped everything to help me. She literally dealt with me initially while I sat in my car in the middle of the neighborhood, trying to help me. She has no idea how much I appreciated that. She didn't know me from Adam. She made me feel like I was her only client, which wasn't the case. Once we finally met, I felt we clicked immediately. Unlike other agents, she never pressured me, make me sign something I wasn't comfortable with, or try to make me go with a home I didn't want. Her guidance, knowledge and expertise in the real estate field was immensely helpful in leading me to my "perfect home". She is honest and upfront about everything. Not only did she help me buy my new home, she also simultaneously sold my previous home. In a down market where contingencies were not accepted, she sold my house not only in record time, but for a price I never dreamed I could get. With the sale of that house, I was able to purchase my new home in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Alisa to anyone looking for a home and/or selling a home. In fact, I already have referred her to friends and acquaintances. Not only is she a great agent, but I consider her a true friend. She's honest, real, and has a great sense of humor. She's the best at what she does.
