ZillowVERIFIED Alinas demeanor was on too many occasions dismissive, and she was inconsistent more often than not with her communication during the process, even after having a heart-to-heart conversation with her, her pledge to improve soon after transformed into more of the same. While her realtor guidance, albeit arrogant, added value to our overall outcome, her absence at our closing was disappointing, considering how our research showed that in her five (5) years plus with 54 Realty, we were her largest sale to date. Her overall treatment of us leaves a feeling of frustration, and our rating are based on this and the above-mentioned reasons (which does not present as all inclusive).
