This was a condo purchase and her knowledge about the association was on point. She was up front about the issues facing the association which help us make our decision. She even helped us find a bank that would work with us on financing due to the unique rental situation of the complex when other banks would not. Choosing the right realtor when you live far away can be a hit or miss proposition. We choose wisely with Alina. Her knowledge of the area and sales experience made all the difference. Example, having requested a market analysis from three different realtor agents, her feedback and assessment let us know right away she was on top of her game and would be our best bet or achieve our goal. From the staging of our home to the pictures it was priced to sell, and higher than initially thought, and under contract within two days. Throughout the entire process Alina was involved, responsive, adaptable, and handled all the myriad of details required to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
