ZillowVERIFIED Alina and Janelle did a great job in selling my house and kept me updated throughout the process and are completely honest and upfront. Alina did a lot of open houses and helped find the buyer to my house which was a tough sell since it had a big yard not landscaped and HOA that was very strict. I would recommend them to anyone that needs someone that will work hard and do there best to sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED We enjoyed our weekend working with Alina to look at homes in our price range all over the area. She picked us up from the airport in order to help us get to our rental car (which wasn't at that airport), took us to some great lunches over our weekend and was very knowledgeable and helpful answering any questions during the process. We were grateful to have her as our guide since we had little time there to make a decision. Definitely a great person to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We are extremely lucky that someone recommended Alina to us! She made this an extremely easy process for us, we told her exactly what we wanted and she found it! Alina met us at the house when the home inspector was there and asked many questions that we would not have known to ask to ensure the house was in great shape. Alina even negotiated with the seller to leave the refrigerator for us. You can tell 100% she is genuine in helping her clients find the right home for them. She went above and beyond for us, and I would recommend Alina to anyone when it comes time to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Alina made this a very easy process she was able to answer any question we had about anything from the home to the area. She worked with the Title company as well as our leander to keep us informed about the status on all aspects of our home. I will use alina again when we buy another home.

ZillowVERIFIED Alina is the best relator we have ever had. From the moment of her presentation to the professional pictures taken of our home everything Alina did for us was perfect. We put our home up and on the first day we received a full price offer, unfortunately our home appraised 10,000 less than our offer. Alina immediately went to work and negotiated a great deal as we received almost full price again. During all of this Alina took us around looking at houses' for almost 4 weeks until we found our dream home. We have had numerous realtor's in our lifetime but now will only choose Alina. She not only is professional but Alina really cares about your family and is a joy to be around. Jim and Lisa

ZillowVERIFIED Alina is fantastic. I'm so glad a friend of ours suggested we work with Alina to sell our house. We worked with two other Realtors before and there were several things that made Alina and Team stand out above the others. Here are some specifics: 1. She's so easy to work with and she partners with you during the entire process.. 2. She has a plan for selling the house quickly and isn't just waiting for someone to come along. 3. The pictures of our house were so much better than the two prior Realtors. They were professional and you could really tell how beautiful the house was, which the prior pictures never captured. The pictures from the other Realtors didn't even come close. She even took them a step further and had pictures of the area included because the house is in a great location which was part of the selling point of the house.. 4. She gave us pointers of what we should do to get the house move in ready. Neither of the other Realtors did that. 5. She helped us through the whole process, even after the house was sold. We had several problems with the buyers and she guided and supported us through the whole thing. 6. We were already living out of state and Alina was right on top of everything. She helped manage but we couldn't because of the distance and found the right resources. That was a huge relief. I have found that there are realtors that are just along for the ride, those that think you are there to serve them (which were our experiences with the other two Realtors), and those that will work hard to get the job done. Alina is one of those that will work hard and smart. You never know what you might be faced with and you want to make sure your realtor is capable and prepared to see you through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Alina as a realtor. I'm only sorry she doesn't live in Texas where we live now!

ZillowVERIFIED Alina's the best! She staged our home well and got better photo's taken of the property we listed than anyone else. Yes, we tried other agents but they all fell flat in every way. We listed the house and within one week we had a buyer. Alina was very accessible and responsive also.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very friendly, didn't mind showing houses regardless of home many I wanted to see. I was provided with a list of properties for exactly what I was looking for and I was provided a list of houses similar to my search list, which opened up a lot of opportunities. She was just excited as I was about looking for the best property close to what my wants and needs were. I would definitely recommend her for searching and showing properties. I will definitely use her in the future for when I'm ready to buy a home and when my family move here I will advise them to use Alina.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I made an appointment with Alina see to a home her agent had listed. She showed us the home and then she showed us a few more. We knew the first home was what we wanted. We made an offer with Alina and the next day our offer was accepted. Alina was always on time, willing to meet us anytime on our schedule, and was great to deal with. Our home closed in less 30 days, even though it was during the Holidays. Alina gave us some great contacts to call about a VA loans. If I need a Realtor again or if family or friends would need the services of a Realtor, I would have them to call her first. She is very likable, professional, great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Alina has been an incredible asset to selling our home and finding a rental. Our house was not a typical sized house, but Alina was able to find multiple interested buyers (submitted offers) in 23 days! She has expert knowledge of the market, how to advertise the house to the right people, and walks you through every step of the selling process. I can't imagine ever buying, selling or renting a home without her ever again.

ZillowVERIFIED Alina is the first realtor I've worked with that I can recommend. I've dealt with numerous realtors over the years that only seemed to care about their commissions, Alina genuinely seems to have a vested interest in her clients finding the right home for their needs. She went above and beyond at all times. I can't recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Alina was amazing when we were looking for a both a home to buy and rent. She was patient and understanding during our stressful/hectic move to the area. What was most helpful was that Alina was really knowledgable of the different cities, she really helped us when it came to selecting the area we wanted to reside in. Alina is 100% on your side, she really negotiated with the homeowners on our behalf, and even after our lease went through she checked back in with us. I would recommend her to anyone coming to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Alina was such a great person to work with. She provided every bit of needed information during the house hunting process. She is very connected to the West Valley communities and will show you her extensive knowledge of these communities when you sit down to talk to her. I am referring my friends and family to her when they are ready to buy a home. Thanks, Alina!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from overseas wich is a lengthy process that Alina made so much easier. I emailed 10 agents on zillow and she was the only one who wanted to work for me and find my family a house. When we arrived in AZ we met up a couple days later and she showed us the best handful of houses and really listened to our needs. We were able to sign a contract a few days later.

ZillowVERIFIED She was an absolute pleasure to work with and really did all she could with me and my schedule to make sure that I looked at all of the homes that i was interested in. Without her, I am very sure I would not have found a home as quickly as I did without her. She 100% made the search for the right house easier, especially for me who had just moved in from another state. Her knowledge of the area allowed her to make recommendations as far as community, pricing on homes as well as many other things. She is a top tier Real Estate Professional.
