Alina explained my options and she promised she will work hard to get me a place. During this entire time, she not only explained the red hot market, the real estate rules, but also tried to know me so that she can tailor her search to find a place that suited me. I very much appreciated her approach to her business. After our first meeting, Alina got to work and setup alerts and she gave me constant updates. We finally found a place and our bid was accepted in the highly coveted neighborhood of Noe Valley. That is when Alinas exceptional work came to bear. The place that we got has recently won a condo conversion and the owners were not only going through a condo conversion, but also one of them selling the unit to me. The process looked cumbersome and complicated. Alina was there not only to help alleviate my anxiety, but also to explain the intricacies of condo conversion and the financial transactions that need to take place before I was able to make the new unit mine. Alina had to work with the real estate agent, the escrow people and the existing tenants and during the whole process she kept me abreast on all the activities. I moved in to my new place at the beginning of July right when Alina was going on vacation. To make sure I moved in without a hitch, Alina texted me from her vacation. She didnt have to do that, but showed to me how much she cared and values me as a customer.If you are looking for an amazing agent in such a tough market, you should look no further than Alina.
