ZillowVERIFIED Alida was exceptionally Great! I would recommend her to assist anyone that I know. She was professional on top of stuff before I was, patient and kind, knowledgeable and helped in anyway that she could. From my first encounter with her and I was frustrated she still was there even though she didn?t start out as my realtor I am beyond blessed that she did. I wouldn?t Change anything about my experience with her it was lovely

ZillowVERIFIED Alida went above and beyond in our recent purchase of a town home in Ocean County for our daughter. Living 300+ miles away with little knowledge of the area, we appreciated her expertise in the ever changing market and the geographic area which helped us to find the perfect community for our needs. We found her very flexible and accommodating in meeting with us when we could travel to look at properties. With our budget in mind, she was a wonderful advocate and negotiator in helping us to achieve the winning offer over 19 others! Alida is very personable and responsive and persistent in following through on this transaction that had some legal challenges on the sellers end. We firmly believe she was the most helpful and influential in the process of the sale and we loved that she was there for us every step of the way right through to the closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Alida was excellent in every aspect of the buying experience. We enjoyed criss-crossing NJ with Alida ,as Im sure she felt the same ??, trying to find our new home . We would recommend her to anyone interested in a no hassle, fairly streamlined buying process. Alida worked around our schedule , and was always available with answers to any questions . We used her knowledge in choosing a Title Company and the Home Inspection Company ,who were great also. Thanks again Alida Rick & Denise

ZillowVERIFIED Alida was very professional, responsive and went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. She was honest when I asked questions as a new home buyer, she provided me with linkages to other entities in the area based on what I needed for my home and would even call/ assist me with aspects that were out of her job description. She was sweet, kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in NJ.
