ZillowVERIFIEDAlicia did an excellent job. She drive 30 miles from her office and visited the property right out of the gate. No other agent did that. She also brought potential buyers within days. She continuously communicated status and got our house sold quickly for full ask and all cash for a quick closing. By far the best experience ever in transacting real estate. Alicia is on a mission to be a top agent and although relatively new to the field she has the drive, ambition and inherent skills to be very successful. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we were and if you do not hire Alicia you are missing out aEUR|..

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia did an amazing job helping my fiancA(C) and I find our very first house!! She never led us astray and would tell us everything she knew about the house she was showing us. We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect house so we spent a lot of time with Alicia and she has an amazing personality. She was easy to crack jokes with and get along with.

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia was outstanding to work with during our recent home purchase. Her flexibility with showings (one virtual), deep knowledge of the home-buying process, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We were able to close in one month and just in time for Christmas. Alicia played a key role in helping us submit a competitive offer that ultimately secured the home while still negotiating a great deal. She is highly responsive, communicates clearly, and consistently follows up to ensure nothing is missed. She helped handle getting an appraisal and various inspections set up for us. We felt confident and well-represented throughout the process and would highly recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate professional in the area. She went above and beyond and we are very thankful for her help!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure we where able to sell our home and to buy our new home with a hiccup of the first buyer pulling out of the sale and finding another buyer within a short time to be able to keep the sale of both houses on time.

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia has been amazing since the very first phone call, been extremely friendly and understanding. As first time home buyers, she made the process as smooth as possible and helped us figure out a solution for any problem that came our way. she would work outside business hours to help accomdate us and everything that was happened whether that was a showing, paper work, calls, messages, etc. Could not have asked for a better realtor, she helped us find our dream home and get it!
