Within the first week she arranged an open house in addition to individual showings of the house. She sent us daily updates of the feed back from the realtors representing the potential buyers. We received two offers within a very short amount of time! Once we had accepted an offer she continued her efficiency and professionalism. We live overseas and she handled everything for us!All we had to do was sign papers, and even this was made so easy for us with e-signing. As soon as the e-signing was complete she sent us the signed documents for our records. We did not have to ask for anything! She took care of the repairs needed, found the title company, and kept us in the loop in every step of the way. We would highly recommend Alicia Thornwell!
