We were first-time home buyers who truly did not understand what goes into it, and while the process was honestly incredibly trying (which seems to be common), Alicia was always there to help. From the very start, she was proactive, and reached out to us regularly to stay on track. After explaining to her our style and showing her examples, she found properties that were on point. When we couldnt find anything that worked, she reached out to local builders to see if anything will be coming on the market we could snag early. Every step of the way, she guided us and looked out for us. We werent in town so she went to the house to let contractors in. She introduced us to the mortgage people, the blinds people, everyone we needed. After we moved in, we could reach out to her for every problem, no matter how small or big, and she always found a solution. No matter what time zone I was in, I could always count on a prompt response from her. She is excellent at her job and has gone above and beyond and we have been so spoiled. Oh, and I cant forget the champagne she mailed us for closing and then the cupcakes for moving in.

We originally went with the Suarez team because of their reputation and command of the market, but it was Alicia that stood out as exceptional and savvy.
