ZillowVERIFIEDAlicia is an outstanding agent. She went above and beyond what would normally be required. We were out of state selling a for property for a family member that has health issues. The unit we were selling needed new HVAC. Alicia made extra trips to give them access to the unit. There were some items still in the unit that needed to be removed and she personally removed them. Most importantly, she helped us navigate through issues with an absolutely difficult HOA. We highly recommend Alicia. You will be hard pressed to find an agent that will work harder for you.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Alicia, she went above and beyond helping us find our vacation property from start to finish! Her professionalism, hard work and I mean hard work to securing our new place was extraordinary. We live outside of Florida so a lot of the footwork was difficult as we went through the process and Alicia took care of everything that was needed at times we were unable to be there. I am so grateful for having the opportunity to work with her, she truly is one of a kind and now we have our "happy place" in Florida to enjoy a beach retreat when ever we need it!

ZillowVERIFIED As an attorney, and thanks to Rich Dad Poor Dad, I always knew getting into real estate investment was a key to passive income. When my mom and I moved to Miami Beach from NY, I knew that getting rental properties would help increase my mom's retirement lifestyle and ensure she didn't "run out of money". After reaching out to about 10 agents who didn't take me and my mom seriously, or knew little about investment property metrics, I finally found Alicia through the Dave Ramsey website. She not only took us seriously from day one, but made the process of finding, analyzing, negotiating, and closing on our first rental property an easy and pleasant process. Was it stressful? Of course--a lot of money on the line. And anything involving the law often is. But we succeeded, in no small part thanks to Alicia's attentive and caring manner. She helped us find the best prospective properties in the area with tenants already on lease. She helped us find additional team members. She helped run comps and calculate ROI / Cap Rates. She responded to texts and phone calls promptly. From beginning to end, she was there for us. And today, my mom has an admirable increase to her monthly income. Later this year, we will be purchasing a second rental property. Without question, we will use Alicia to help us every step of the way. If you want to purchase an investment property (or even a primary residence), don't hesitate: bring Alicia Proctor onto your team.

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia was an absolute professional from the very beginning to the end. We wanted to find a needle in a haystack and she helped us with a happy and helpful attitude. She accommodated our very busy kid filled schedules after hours and on weekends. We needed to rent our place ASAP and she went above and beyond in the walk through with the tenant and even bought an air filter and ligh bulb for us so we didn't have to worry about it. I would absolutely recommend her if you need help in a non-pressured and educated way of purchasing. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia is the best realtor I worked with. I had 3 people before her that I didn't really like but I didn't know any better until I met her. From the first moment she was different. She is very knowledgeable and she gets things done. She will work with her clients in any way possible to help. She shows the houses very carefully, paying attention to details and asking many questions that we didn't know to ask. She always stays on top of things and I couldn't be any happier with her services.

ZillowVERIFIED From my initial phone call with Alicia I knew I was in good hands. As a first time home buyer, I was walking into this journey blind. Alicia provided a thorough overview of the process and answered all my questions. Even as we continued through the process, she ensured I was well-informed and remained communicative during every step. Alicia is honest, trustworthy and reliable; her ultimate goal is for her clients to receive white glove service from the moment you meet her up until the day you close on your property. I would recommend the services she & her company provides without question!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not emphasize enough how amazing Alicia is at her job! I was moving from Texas to Miami and needed to find a place to stay. After speaking to countless agents who may have helped me briefly, Alicia came into the picture and took me under her wing. She followed through in staying in contact with me every step of the way. She was honest and transparent in all aspects of the process and was fantastic in doing her due diligence in finding me a place to stay. Where some agents only say what they are going to do for you, Alicia does it! She went above and beyond my expectations. Alicia truly has shown the she is someone who cares and is on your side and will fight for your best interests. I recommend her without any hesitations and will continue to use her as my primary agent in Miami in the future. ??

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia helped facilitate our move back home to South Florida. After five years in the Midwest we were eager to get close to the beach but also interested in our options near downtown Miami close to work. Alicia kindly catered to our wide-ranging interests, presenting a diverse set of options from the beginning stages when we really weren't quite sure what we wanted until we finally targeted our preferred location on Miami Beach. Alicia was always extremely prompt and always helpful, responding to our ideas, questions, and concerns with new options to consider, presenting the various possibilities at different price points. She was very generous with her time. While we are familiar with Miami, we relied on Alicia's knowledge to explore new areas and we really had to think about where we wanted to be. Alicia was very patient with us and always willing to help. Now that we've found our home, we can say that we will ask for Alicia's help again when it's time to expand or settle down in a new one, and we think it would be wise for you to consider using her help too.
