ZillowVERIFIED Alicia began by preparing a detailed real estate proposal / market analysis for our house. She had a list of suggestions for us to complete to get our house ready for the sale. When we completed these and were ready to sell, she immediately advertised it for sale. She brought several realtors there for comments and advice on price. It was listed late fall which was a slow time for the market but found a buyer and spent time working with the buyer to help complete the sale. She was very helpful in working through some problems on the inspection report. We wanted to complete the sale before the end of 2018 and this was done. She handled the sale very professional.

As a first-time home buyer, she went out of her way to make sure we understood all the goings-on of buying our first house. In each house, she paid attention and took mental notes on our likes and dislikes. The house we eventually bought was one she had found during other business (doing an appraisal for the sellers). She not only gave the sellers an appraisal, but she also lined up a one-time showing that ultimate lead to us purchasing the house. From our first meeting on, Alicia handled everything very professionally and gained my trust very quickly. Because I had unexpected surgery, and because I couldnt delay the date I had set to move out of town; Alicia stepped in, and skillfully handled details I never expected to turn over to a realtor. She lined up and kept an eye on several contractors who did great work. She personally selected the replacement light fixtures, stayed within the budget we had discussed, and, from the photos she e-mailed, she did a great job once again. We got an offer for the full asking price the very day she listed it. During the whole process leading up to the closing, she explained all of the paperwork very clearly and professionally. Alicia treated the sale of my house as if it were her own house. After the closing (within a month of the offer) she e-mailed me immediately, and then called me anyway so we could share the relief and excitement more personally. One of the contractors I had selected, was pleased to learn I had contracted with Alicia. He said: You can list your house with anyone; but if you want to sell your house you should list it with Alicia. He was right. Alicia earned every one of the five stars I gave her in each category and she deserves to be congratulated on a job well done.
