Alicia graduated from Texas A&M with her bachelor's in 2016, before pursuing a Master's degree in Animal Science at University of Nebraska - Lincoln. She will combine the fundamentals she learned from these degrees with diligence and empathy to bring you an exceptional level of service. When she isn't serving her clients, you can find Alicia working at the ranch she and her husband, Levi, own or eating at one of Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints. Together, they own and operate a show cattle operation, along with a few horses, lots of barn cats, and a pet duck.

I recently decided to make a change and move closer to my family. I asked for a recommendation of a Realtor, and my sisters immediately responded aEURoeAlicia Lansford with Markham Realty in Huntsville!aEUR? Alicia sold my sister and brother in laws house and they were extremely happy with the job she had done for them. I contacted Alicia asking her to represent me. I shared with her my list of criteria for a home. She went to work and soon put together a list of over 50 listings. I was able to look at these online and have Alicia arrange for me to visit a number of places until she found the right place for me. During the process, she communicated often and kept me informed about what was going on. She put me in touch with an awesome mortgage broker, and a couple of super inspectors. We closed on time and everything went very smoothly. I feel like she got the best deal for me almost as if it was her own money being spent. Heres the bottom line, I recommend Alicia Lansford and Markham Realty. If one of my family or friends engages Alicia as their Realtor, and for some reason are not satisfied with the job she does for them, Ill pay her commission. Thats how confident I am in Alicia.

On our recent hunting land purchase, working as our buyers agent, Alicia provided informed guidance, careful curation of potential properties, convenient showings, clear interest in understanding our goals for the property, and aligning her counsel with those goals. Even though the properties that we were most interested in considering were an hour or more from her office, she was extremely accommodating to us in scheduling showings. She even hiked the property lines with us, spending the time we needed to gather information as we evaluated our options. Alicia was clearly focused on our needs, and did her very best to ensure that our goals were met from initial property view through closing. She gave us wise counsel regarding practical considerations of crafting and negotiating an offer to purchase, arranging utility transfers, managing insurance and tax considerations, and ensuring that so many more important details were properly addressed. Alicia is a very capable Realtor, and has special expertise in land transactions so she was a great fit for us. Laws and traditions on land deals differ by state, so our previous out-of-state experience was of limited value in Texas.
