Called the realtor about a house I was interested in and spoke to a man who said Ill get right back to you with no call back after 2 weeks, I then called again for an update but got his voicemail so I asked for someone who wanted to sell a house. I was put in touch with Alicia, told her what I was interested in and again was told shed call me right back, 20 min later was told the house had just sold. I located 3 other houses I liked and called her even though they were listed by a different realtor. She explained she was going on vacation but would have her partner Josh get ahold of me, he went out of his way to the point of making phone calls to get me in to look at a surprise to him house.. I found the perfect home, I bought it. I dealt with Alicia because of her quick response to getting back to me, her partner Josh was awesome to work with while she was on vacation. I highly recommend them both. After all, whats better than One person helping you get to your goal? Two people! Thank you Alicia & Josh!

ZillowVERIFIED I used Alicia in an exchange I was performing and she was out maneuvered by the buyers agent at every turn. She did seem to work hard but quite simply didnt have the abilities to handle a relatively straight forward transaction. I regret using her for the deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Alicia is a super realtor. It was my first time selling a property and she made it very easy and pain-free for me even though I know she was the one doing all the work. My house was advertised everywhere! Alicia knows just about everyone in the business and was able to make sound reccomendations for the various jobs that needed to be done to get my house in prime selling condition. I felt like I was her only client because she answered all of my questions, at length, immediately. She is always accessible by phone, email, or text. She was honest and succinct, but also took the time to explain things until I understood. I totally reccommend her for buying and selling.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Alicia as my realtor made it difficult for me to believe that buying a home would be one of the most stressful things I'd do this year; the process went smoothly and was way easier than I had imagined it would be. She sent me lists of houses that fit my specific criteria making it easy to know my options (and filtered those lists as she learned more about my requirements). I didn't have to worry about appointment logistics as she took care of all of them. I simply had to let her know which houses I wanted to look at and when I could be available, and she'd set it up. As a first time homebuyer, it was important to me that I receive solid advice during the different stages of the homebuying process and, even months after the transaction, I am confident that I received the caliber of advice that I wanted from Alicia. As a bonus, she had a network of professionals to whom to refer me when I needed to select others involved in the homebuying process such as inspectors and mortgage lender. I won't be buying another house for a while but if I were, I would definitely ask Alicia to be my realtor again.
