Wow! We wouldn't have 42 beautiful acres without Alice... . After months of grueling property research, we had a list of 9 properties ready for Alice to show us at the time we booked our flights and 2 days prior to our arrival to Arkansas, ALL 9 properties were off the market. We were very disappointed, but thank goodness, Alice had a back up plan :-) She had her own list properties that she thought we'd be interested in, and listings that didn't show up on Zillow or Realtor. Surprise!!! We made and offer on the property we are proud owners of after showing us only 4 of her secret listings... LOL Thank you Alice for your diligence, persistence, and warm personality.
