She's been communicative, helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. She's well connected in the Connecticut-Rhode Island-Massachusetts area.When its less than a week before closing, sometimes the bank has last minute data requests. Somethings have to wait until the week or the day before closing. This can feel really nerve wracking. Ali had good advice and helpful whenever she could be. She's done a lot of this, so listen to her advice.I wish you the best with your home search. Ali is great to have on the team.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Ali, because she came highly recommended by a family member she had represented, and boy were they right!Ali, represented us in both buying our new home, and selling our existing home.To make the buy successful, she helped us with a aggressive and fast bid, and understood all the ways to make us the winner.To make the sell successful, she came to our town, stayed overnight, learned everything she could by talking to locals, hired excellent services such as stagers and photographers, and helped us come to a sales price that was considerably more than we originally expected. She timed the listing and showings so we could just go on a weekend getaway, and we came back home to 10 offers! We sold for an amount considerably higher than listed!

We are relocating from the west coast and were unable to see neighborhoods and houses for ourselves. Ali listened to what we were looking for and suggested some areas to focus our search based on the needs of our family. Knowing how hot the market is and how far we would be moving, we told Ali we had 1 year to find the PERFECT house that checked all the boxes. I loved that she is licensed in both MA and CT, because I had a very broad search area, and we ended up driving all over the place looking at homes. ZillowVERIFIED I met Ali because she was the Buyer's Agent assigned to a property I saw on Zillow. She responded promptly to my inquiry, and we scheduled a showing for the very next day. She was already there when I arrived and proved to always be punctual. Right away, I liked her. I was not required to work with her, but I chose to.She paid attention to my likes and dislikes, and when that wasn't the right property for me, she took an active interest in helping me find what I was looking for by sending me listings that she thought I might like. Some I did, some I didn't, and I gave her feedback, and then we found it. She advised me what to offer, and my offer was accepted! She was also a fantastic negotiator -- my "pitbull" in getting my requests met by the seller. She was everything I needed as a "softie." This will be a transition home for me, and when I'm ready to buy my dream home, I will be calling her -- and if I decide to keep my new current home as a rental property, she can help me find renters too!
