Let me just say for the record that I am in awe of what Ali did for me to purchase my new starter home. He?s negotiating skills are top notch. Not only did he have the seller come down on the price of the home. He also managed to get me closing cost and HOA fees paid until the beginning of year of 2024. The list goes on but I just name a few. That my friends is absolutely hard to achieve in today?s market. Ali answered every question, text and call. ZillowVERIFIEDAli went above and beyond with everything a realtor could do. If I had questions or concerns at any time I knew he would be available to answer them. Not only did I use Ali to buy my house I also used him to sell it and he got me the best deal on both buying and selling. When I sold my house we had a few problems and Ali was available to not only calm the situation he was also able to fix them. When buying the house he was available to work around my hectic schedule to be able to see as many houses as we could before finally deciding. If I could give more then 5 stars I would absolute stellar realtor and if I ever get stationed in the state of Virginia again I know who to call. Thank you for everything you did making both the buying and selling the smoothest process you could I will be forever grateful.
