ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ali (buyers agent/military agent in Tucson, AZ) was nothing short of amazing, we have so many great things to say about our experience! Purchasing a home as a first time home buyer, while stationed over seas (16 hour time difference)aEUR| was as intimidating as it sounds! But Ali allowed all that fear go away immediately. We were hooked on Alis engaging personality, attention to detail, and honest communication from our initial video call. Within the first week of communication, Ali took the time out of her work days and weekends to tour multiple homes for us, in various communities. She took videos with commentary so we knew exactly what we were looking at - without actually being there! Her knowledge and experience goes beyond what I can describe here. After finding our dream home, we had concerns that the VA loan would not allow us to occupy the home post 60 days after closing. But Ali fought for us, took the initiative to contact our loan consultant and provided references which would then allow us to move in more than 60 days after closing. Ali and her team did it all! They visited our home while it was being built every 2-3 weeks and provided us with videos and status of the progress every step of the way. They showed up on our behalf for every appointment to include the walk-through, delivery/recordation appointment, and closing. As we finalized our payment and signed for our home remotely, Ali checked up on us constantly! She ensured that everything on our end was good to go to prevent any hiccups while closing. We closed with 6% of purchase price towards closing cost! Throughout the entirety, Ali addressed all of our questions and concerns without hesitation. ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Ali Garced to anyone looking for an agent in Tucson! She helped us step-by-step through the entire process. She is a great choice for anyone moving to the Tucson area, but especially so for military and remote/sight unseen buyers. My wife and I were a dual-military couple moving to Tucson from the midwest on very short notice and looking to buy our first house. We first contacted Ali in July, and within days she was assisting us in determining what we were looking for in a home. She knew the right questions to ask and was always quick to reply. When it came time to view properties that we were interested in, she went above and beyond by not only viewing the properties for us, but taking extensive videos of the properties and the surrounding areas. Even though we were on a fast timeline, she was ready as soon as we decided to place an offer on a property. She gave great advice on how to make our offer competitive and stand out, which we feel was vital in the 2022 housing market. During closing, her team was very helpful in scheduling inspections and determining what inspections needed to be done (since we were financing with a VA loan). She made many visits to the property during the inspections and gave us detailed advice after each one. During all times in the process, we felt informed about what was going on even though we were on the other side of the country. In the end, we ended up with an offer that exceeded expectations on a property that is perfect for us. In summary, we ended up with: - An accepted offer $2,000 below listing price with a VA loan. She is THE person to call when relocating to Tucson, especially for military families. We certainly had a complex set of requests, but Ali easily handled all of them. Were a military family moving to Tucson, are first time home buyers, were buying remotely from the east coast with no prior experience living in the SW, and only had 3 months to buy before we moved. We also wanted a fairly updated house with ample outdoor space and a pool. Ali went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire buying process. She was incredibly responsive, driving to listings we sent her within an hour of two of receiving it. Since we werent on-site, she sent us detailed videos and walkthroughs of properties, including drive-throughs of the neighborhoods to give us a feel for the area. We didnt quite know what we wanted at the beginning of our search, but Ali was extremely patient with us, visited every house we asked her to, and helped us define what we truly wanted. She expertly walked us through multiple tools we could use to put in a competitive offer in this impossible housing market. She gave us great advice on home inspections needed for the Tucson area and sat onsite for every inspection. (We had around 5 separate inspections.) Ali also successfully negotiated some needed house repairs for us, which we did not expect in this market. Even after closing on the house, Ali continues to help us with important activities, such as changing locks, setting up utilities and security systems, and other odds and ends. We ended up getting everything we couldve wantedaEUR"the perfect house for our needs in a great location and at a great price. We were also able to use the VA loan thanks to Alis advice and guidance. So many of our friends told us to give up on using the VA loan in this market, but Ali knew the right mix of tools necessary to ensure we could still use the loan and avoid having to switch to a conventional loan. I highly recommend Ali to anyone relocating to Tucson. She is incredible.
