ZillowVERIFIED Ali was great! We were in town for just a few days to find a house, which was stressful in itself (especially being first-time homeowners!). Ali was able to find us a few houses that were great options, even in this crazy market where things go as soon as they get listed. She also gave great advice on what areas to stay away from (flood zones) and how long it would take to drive to work with the traffic here. We ended up in a GREAT house and are very happy!

ZillowVERIFIED Ali was very customer friendly as we did everything from afar and we didnt hire her, we were the buyers, however we were hurt and disappointed when we trusted her to do the final walkthrough on our behalf to find that the garage smelled horrendous due to the previous owner having pets, the toilet seats in all bathrooms needed replaced due to stains (I wont go into details) and we requested professional painting of the dwelling and we did not get that. We needed her to support us due to the pandemic and us having a newborn the day stay in shelter requirements were enacted and she clearly either did not have time to ensure the above wishes were honored or something because the dwelling was left in rental move out condition in lieu of like someone went into a quarter million dollars worth of debt to buy the house and we paid the asking price
