ZillowVERIFIEDI needed a realtor at a very difficult time in my life. My mother had been ill for some time and past away just before the pandemic. As both my parents were now deceased, it fell on me, as the executor of their estate to sell their home.In a phone conversation with my son, I brought up the need for a realtor. He said he had a friend, who was a realtor and had known for many years. His name, Alfonso Gomez, which he highly recommended and trusted. It was important, to me, that I have a realtor that understood my needs, the emotions of selling a home that I and my siblings grew up in, and yet, I needed someone professional.Normally, my siblings would have been with me for support in the sale of the house, but because of the pandemic that could not happen. We kept our distance as required. I needed my husband to lean on and a realtor I could trust.I met Alfonso just before the stay at home requirement. I'm thankful that I got to meet him face to face. Now at this point it became necessary to have only phone conversations and emails. There were many phone calls and emails. He always kept me informedon the status of the sale. He worked with the buyers and myself, the seller. I didn't have to worry about the home inspections, termite inspectors, or appraisers, he let me know when he was going to meet with them and any results I should know.Alfonso always returned my calls, sent out all the required documents through email in a timely manner so escrow could close on time.I consider myself lucky to have found a realtor that worked hard to get the sale completed and still recognized the emotions of what I was going through in selling my parents home.Needless to say, I was very impressed with his performance as a realtor. I would definitely recommend Alfonso to any of my friends or family.
