We have purchased two houses and sold one with Alexis. The first purchase was in 2012 (a 203k financed project), the second sell/buy upgrade was in 2016. She is a project manager for every aspect of the transaction - friendly informational conversations, data gathering, showings, valuation, MARKETING for the sell, negotiation price but also for the little details that matter, inspections and closing coordination. We met Alexis Wolf at a wedding and instantly liked her. When we told her we were thinking of relocating from out of state to Portland, she followed-up with us when we were ready to start our real estate search. Alexis is a champion.
