Alexis helped us find and purchase our first home. She made what could have been a daunting experience a smooth one--and in doing so, helped us find our dream home.Her responsiveness throughout the entire process was remarkable. I frequently have follow up questions and concerns, especially when doing something new, and she was always timely and patient with her responses. I found her demeanor incredibly calming and consistently felt reassured that we would find what we were looking for. Alexis was also able to meet us where we were at each step of the way. While we initially thought we would limit our search to homes within a certain budget, we soon realized that our vision for our home required some modifications to our budget. Alexis didn't flinch. She simply (and quickly) provided us with new options to accommodate this request. Her flexibility and ability to adapt and respond to our needs was instrumental in the home buying process. Alexis is both approachable and professional. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and a skilled negotiator. We give Alexis our highest recommendation.

We have purchased two houses and sold one with Alexis. The first purchase was in 2012 (a 203k financed project), the second sell/buy upgrade was in 2016. She is a project manager for every aspect of the transaction - friendly informational conversations, data gathering, showings, valuation, MARKETING for the sell, negotiation price but also for the little details that matter, inspections and closing coordination. Now double that (for a sell/buy)! She's an absolute pleasure to work with.

Alexis was great for us in our house hunt! We were navigating through an extremely competitive market for buyers, which required quick viewings of houses and some negotiating to get exactly what we wanted from the sellers. We met Alexis Wolf at a wedding and instantly liked her. When we told her we were thinking of relocating from out of state to Portland, she followed-up with us when we were ready to start our real estate search. Alexis is a champion. She organized several house tours for us when we came to town, showing us an abundance of homes based on information we shared with her. She did not take us to see homes that did not match what we wanted to see. She optimizes (not wastes) your time. She always had a back pocket property to show us, too. We toured and toured homes until we found the perfect match, and we just took possession of our dream home thanks to her graceful diligence. Alexis never tired of showing and re-showing us homes. It is obvious she loves her job. Alexis is one of the best communicators we have worked with, not just in this real estate transaction, but overall, including our many years of professional work. She gets back to you! She is honest, smart, fun, knows the area, and is the true pro. We can't say enough about how great she is and how working with her is pure joy. It was truly a pleasure to work with Alexis in our house search! My husband and I were buying and selling simultaneously for the first time, and through what could have been a very stressful situation, Alexis helped every step of the way. She was constantly available via phone, email, and text, and set up showings for us almost immediately. In the current market in Portland (spring 2015), the seller has the advantage, and she expertly guided us in crafting our offer to help us land the home we wanted - and even beat out an all cash offer.
