Review The 5 stars is specific to Emma who was the listing manager. She was my primary point of contact for my sale and did a great job. At the beginning of the process I mentioned I was concerned about the availability of Alexis and was reassured she would be heavily involved but the way they structure their transactions is Alexis is involved in getting the listing and the rest of the team immediately take over. Luckily Emma is great at her job but make sure you understand the process before hiring the team. The house was priced aggressively and they were still able to sell within two weeks!

Original Review:After searching top realtors in our area, we decided to meet with Alexis Weigand Real Estate Group. Alexis brought her listing manager, Addie and her broker, Melody, who works on the buying side. Alexis and her team are organized and came prepared for us to sign a 6-month agreement to collaborate with her team. By the end of the visit, Alexis team had our photo appointment, pre-inspection and live date set up. I regret doing the pre inspection, which cost us over $500. Apparently, it helps move the process along and I was thrown off by having to pay for it. Had I known this, I would have passed on the pre inspection as this is the buyers responsibility. During the brief period of our home being on the market, Addie, the listing manager, was very communicative, kept us updated every step of the way with all the appointments and answered all our questions. We had an offer we decided to negotiate on, and in the end, it was $5,000 less than we had discussed. So, we are $5,500 less than we would like. Now that a contract has been signed for the pending sale of our home, we no longer work with Alexis and Addie. We were handed off to work with Melody who is on the aEURoebuyingaEUR? side. In our experience, we have only worked with one relator who sees it through selling your current home and help with the purchase of your replacement home, so this was a new experience for us. After endless failed searches and two declined offers, my husband and I decided to look into new construction homes where there is no bidding war. We found a community in our desired area and worked with their sales team; we now have a place to settle in but not for another 6+ months. Melody was kind enough to look at the paperwork for us and is helping find us a place to rent while our new home is under construction.
