I couldn't get the lender to do anything to help us, they dragged their feet through it all. But Alexis was a champ and stayed positive and offered to help wherever she could. I honestly feel Alexis went above and beyond in helping me get the house ready and keeping the buyers on board while I fought with the lender. First thing she did was try to understand our family taste ; what we liked and did not like . She was able to tailor her services to our needs . We moved from Canada to Elko , and this move was a challenge as we wanted to get a house comparable to what we had and Alexis helped with that process with some good advice. She only showed us houses we could be interested in and she was very responsive whenever we had questions. Moreover , I have a moving company that was supposed to help me find the correct mortgage company and they were not successful. As we were thinking about giving up on buying in Elko , Alexis, through her contact, connected us to the right mortgage company. We definitely would not have been able to close without her help. When it came time to move she also managed to connect us with a great moving company. This is my fourth time owning a home and by far the best experience I have had with a realtor. I would highly recommend Alexis , if you are someone who doesn't like to waste time and would like to get most if not all of their wish list.
