I had a really bad experience working with Alexander Zhou when buying a home. Despite receiving a high commission fee, the agent did not put in much effort to help me find the right home. They didn't recommend any properties or point out major problems with the properties. On top of that, the agent had a really bad attitude and took our business for granted. I would not recommend working with this agent unless you're comfortable doing most of the work yourself. My suggestion for the agent would be to take their job seriously and provide better service to their clients.

Alex is a true professional in real state. She helped us get our first home at the bay area. We couldn't win without her superior knowledge about the competitive market and 100% efforts in buying preparation. She advise us about the locations when we are new and unexperienced.
