ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Alexandra if you are looking for a realtor. We were looking to buy our first home in Boca Raton and didn't have a huge budget to work with but also weren't willing to settle. We actually had to start and stop the process a couple of times because we weren't as prepared as we thought we were and she was very patient and never stopped looking even when we had lost hope. She was able to find us a beautiful home when we finally were ready and I'm not exaggerating when I say she was able to negotiate everything she said she would. There were some unforeseen issues with the inspection and she was able to make it so everything would be taken care of at no additional cost for us as well as many other smaller but still important details. We were kept up to date during the entire process regardless of if it was good news or setbacks so there would be no surprises along the way. There was also no doubt in our mind that we were a priority because things were done when or before expected. We used her people for the loan and inspection and were equally impressed with them and their performance. Definitely would and will contact her again when we go to sell and buy in the future. She earned all 5 stars and more.

ZillowVERIFIED Due to his work, my boyfriend had to move with very little notice or time to do so. We had one chance to get down to Boca Raton, with two days allotted for finding a place. On our long trip down, he and I researched homes and apartments all over the area--naturally there were a lot of listings to sift through and it was somewhat overwhelming. Luckily, one of the homes we viewed online led us to Alexandra Moises. After calling to inquire about this house, Alexandra called us back immediately and asked what we were looking for in the area. Instead of just giving us information about the house we had originally called about, she also helped with the entire process; Alexandra had begun her research to find a place that would suit my boyfriend's requests. When we arrived in Boca a couple hours after our first phone call, (it was now 4:00PM), she had already arranged for us to see four of the houses he was interested in that same day. Alexandra stayed with us until 8:00PM that night, and met us bright and early the next day, again prepared with houses and apartments that she had lined up for us to see. Without Alexandra's help, hunting for a suitable home or apartment in Boca would have been something close to a nightmare. It is such a populated area with many options. Having a Real Estate Professional made the process much more fluid than it would have been, had we tried to search without her. What Alexandra brings to the table: 1. Knowledge of the area having been living there for so long. (Seriously! She knew about all the schools, popular areas of Boca Raton that become swelled with traffic and how to avoid them, how far away each home was from other areas of Boca, as well as restaurants and fun things to do, and many other things I can't recall at the moment.) 2. Hard work and determination: she would not quit and did not want to quit until she found a place for my boyfriend. She was on time to every meeting place and patient with us when we were late from being lost. 3. A positive attitude: Alexandra was always smiling and always willing to go back to the computer and hunt down other options without making you feel bad that she had to put in more work. I must say, she was a delight for me and my boyfriend to work with. When we left (yes, he found a place in 1.5 days), we could not stop talking about how great Alexandra was and how it was a blessing to have her help with the process. *About the "negotiation skills", he ended up in an apartment that he really liked so that is a rating I could not provide. I put five stars anyways because, well...why not? Thank you, Alexandra! You're awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is a long and complicated process. Buying a home out of state takes that challenge to a whole different level. We can honestly say that without Alexandra's assistance, we would not be able to get the place we got for the price we did. Not only was she able to cram an incredible amount of showings in the week we had here to look at them, when we did not see anything we liked, she went the extra mile. She made sure to go and see the properties that came out to market after we left and sent us accurate pictures and descriptions. When the negotiations started, she outlined a perfect strategy for us and made sure we got responses when we needed them. When the price was agreed upon, she found us a local mortgage broker and worked with her and us throughout the entire process, ensuring communications between us, the broker, the seller, and the tenants. This was not the first time we were buying a property, but definitely the first time we were this impressed with an agent. We highly recommend working with her on any real estate transaction needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Alexandra was a very pleasant Professional yet personal experience. I needed to find a place quick because of my marital situation. I simply opened up to her and explained what I needed. She is a compassionate, kind hearted person, friendly and knowledgable. She found not exactly what I was looking for only because of high prices in the area of which I needed to be but she gave me an alternative option that worked out quite well. Prior to working with Alexandra I had searched for several months myself, had other Real Estate Professionals that weren't so patient, nice nor genuinely personable, unwilling to negotiate. And in the past I had always rented homes directly from owners. I really wasn't sure what to expect going from renting a house to renting an apartment. Alexandra actually knew right away of a safe place, in the heart of a very expensive area, that had no HOA fees, and didn't require first and last months rent plus security. I was shocked. Not only that but it was in my price range, and most importantly accepted big dogs. She effortlessly walked me right through the motions which made it a painless, easy and fast experience. Just what I needed:)
