ZillowVERIFIED Alex did an outstanding job selling our home. She made the process easy, quick, and efficient. This was our 3rd home sale and by far the best realtor weve worked with. She had us under contract in less than a day and communicated with us seamlessly throughout the entire sale. Absolutely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex is an excellent Realtor, she went above and beyond for my wife and I to get the home we always dreamed of. Since the start she said she was going to treat us like family, and I can honestly say she really did. My wife and I had previously attempted to buy a home, with a different team/realtor and we just ended up losing a lot of money. Therefore we didnt think it was going to be that different this time around, but OH WERE WE WRONG! Alex answered all the questions we had, (and if she didnt know the answer she would ask other professionals in order to get us the right answer) she is extremely patient, and she was always available when we needed her. There is not enough complementary words to describe the work Alex does, we are forever grateful to her! Dont think about it twice SHE IS THE ONE!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was amazing. She listened to us, and sent us some great properties to choose from and when it came down to it, I believe she got us the best deal for the house. She also came with a list of other experts we can contact for electric, plumbing, roofing, ect. Which is a huge help. She also was supper sweet with our boys while we were looking and that (as a mom) meant the world to me. Would recommend her 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex is the absolute best. The best realtor and the best person. We had the pleasure of her services both on the purchase of our home two years ago and then on its sale this month. She went above and beyond on every step of the process, and feel like she carried a lot of the weight for both sides of the transaction. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Alex after reading my cousins glowing review. I found her to be personable, knowledgeable, timely, and highly communicative. She provided excellent guidance throughout, handled negotiations deftly, got bids (has contacts for seemingly everything), and oversaw repairs. I live out of state, so the level of communication and assistance was truly appreciated. I could not be happier with the result and recommended her to my son and daughter-in-law. They listed / bought a home with Alex Kubacak as a result. They were pleased as well!

ZillowVERIFIED I am so thankful for Alex, it was a true pleasure working with her. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I purchased a new home while I was out of town, and she made sure everything went seamlessly. She also sold our home quickly and got us the amount we wanted. We got full asking and closed before multiple homes that went on the market around the same time. Shes truly a workhorse, day or night, any day of the week, shes on top of whatever you need. Highly recommend Alex if you are buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Alex is WONDERFUL! We are beyond grateful for her. She was so knowledgeable about the market when we decided to sell our home and was so patient with us while we searched for our new home. We never felt any pressure and she always listened to what we wanted. Alex was very realistic throughout the entire buying/looking/selling process. We trusted her to look at homes for us, when we were not able to go and see them because she was aware of what we wanted. Alex was able to answer any question we had. The contacts that she has within the community is also a huge plus! Not only did she help us find a house, she gave us information about local lenders, insurance agencies, and contractors. She was also always respectful of our time and had a positive attitude. I cannot imagine us having the same out come with any other realtor! I was so sad to be move out of our home but she found us the perfect house to raise our children in. Alex is the absolute best and we are most grateful for her!
