ZillowVERIFIED Alexandra is a true professional when it comes to negotiating sales and purchases. We recently sold our house with her expertise and we got multiple offers during the first week. Some offers were above asking price and the entire sale process was smooth and effortless. We really appreciate Alexs commitment to her customers and her willingness to be available for advice 24/7. I think if all Realtors were as diligent, honest, knowledgeable and informative as Alexandra, then the Real Estate world would benefit immensely.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking to buy a new home and sell ours at the same time. After reading many reviews of different realtors, we decided to call Alexandra and talk to her. She was able to answer all of my questions very clearly, and from the beginning I knew that I wanted to work with her. Alexandra has a team of people that she works with, so the process of buying a home was easy, from securing the loan to getting the inspection, and working with the lawyers. When visiting properties, Alex is very thorough, and she knew which areas of the house to check for common problems. If she had concerns about any of the properties, she would bring them up quickly and gave us the information that we needed to make an informed decision. When we had a question about the floors in the house that we ended up buying, Alex was able to schedule a consultation with a hardwood flooring expert. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have her guidance in setting that up. Alexandra was friendly, patient, and available throughout the entire process. Her ability to coordinate the different aspects of home buying is incredibly useful, especially for a buyer in this economy with rising interest rates. Alexandra keeps things moving and it seems like she never stops working. So friendly! I have sent her a few referrals of friends of mine and she helped them sell their places as well. Just like me, they also had great experiences. She did not let it go unnoticed and sent me thank you cards and some delicious cupcakes showing her gratitude. Great to work with. I am so glad that we used her as our real estate agent, and I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED When it comes to big transactions like these, it is very important to feel that you are in good hands. Alex was super transparent, efficient, patient, super responsive, communicative...most importantly...knowledgeable and reliable. She also has a whole amazing team that works with her and that made everything so much easier and faster. Buying a Coop has its own difficulties, not to mention if you are buying with a very strict board Coop, it could be lengthy and problematic, but Alex and her team made it happen so fast and I was able to get things ready for closing within a month. She did and pushed everything to make sure that everything would go through smoothly without bouncing back and forth. She also checked in on us after the deal was closed even though she was the seller's agent, not mine, very impressed. She is all that you need when you are looking for someone that you can trust and experienced their expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Alexandra was great to work with when we sold our home in Fresh Meadows, Queens in the fall of 2021. We live in Florida and haven't visited our rental property for 2 years. When we decided to sell, Alexandra handled everything from doing the walkthroughs when the tenant vacated, letting repair service personnel into the property, and even changing batteries when the thermostat stopped working on the day of closing. She had very professional pictures taken for the listing which made the property look so good that I almost changed my mind about selling. We sold in about 3 weeks at 98% of asking prices. I recommend Alexandra and her team to anyone that needs a knowledgeable and assertive realtor in Fresh Meadows, Queens and throughout the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Alexandra is one of a kind. After speaking to several agents and multiple failed deals I was fortunate enough to find Alexandra. She is professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire selling process. Alexandra quickly scheduled an appointment to see the property and was very knowledgeable about all the other properties that are sold around the neighborhood, all the listing prices and what the best sale price would be for me for that house. She always addressed all of my questions and concerns and a timely manner (even in the little hours of the night). ZillowVERIFIED Alexandra is an AMAZING real estate agent and person. I searched for the right house for quite a while, and throughout the whole process, Alexandra was ALWAYS there when I needed her. She always picked up my calls and replied right away to my texts. She got me appointments to see houses so quickly AND during after-work hours. She really went the extra mile and I can't thank her enough, because I ultimately found the house that was perfect for me. She is also an excellent negotiator. I know that without her fighting for me, I would not have ended up with the house I wanted and ultimately bought. She's aggressive and does not accept no for an answer. This is the type of person you want by your side when searching/negotiating for a house. I could not say enough great things about her. She's the best!! I can't wait to use her again in the future and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know.
