But the unit needed much work. She suggested I make an offer that was much lower than I thought would work. She encouraged me to do so anyway. They counter with a reasonable price. I now have a home in a great location and am making it mine. Thanks to Alexandra. Great working with her in all the going on with the park manager and the lender. Alexandra knew what was going on and helped me all the way.
