Review Alex is a stand up guy and great agent to work with. He was patient with us throughout the process of looking at dozens of homes in a wide range of areas / styles. He did not try to sway us towards anything that we were not interested in or talk us into a higher or lower price range. Instead, he took interested in our wants and goals and worked to help us find something that was a good fit for us. He helped us close on an amazing home and got us an amazing deal. If you are struggling to decide on someone who you think will be a good agent for you, stop looking now and give Alex a call. He is there to help.

Review Very happy with our experience with Alex. He was very helpful and patient in our quest to find a larger house in a lower price range. Would recommend his services to anyone in the Folsom or surrounding areas.

Review Alex went above and beyond to help me find a new home and to help me navigate and negotiate some tricky escrow issues. He was extremely responsive, did tons of research, and really advocated for me as a potential buyer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home and will absolutely work with him in the future!

Review Alex was the second person to come by when we were looking to sell our home. He was more knowledgeable than the other agent and didn't seem to simply want to make a quick sale. Instead he worked with us and the price we wanted for our home. In the end he was able to sell our home for more than we expected as well as doing it within about a month, working with the time frame of our purchase of our new home. During the sale of our home he was consistently in contact with us and made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns. It was obvious through the whole process that we were more than a paycheck at the end of the sale and that he truly wanted us to have the best and easiest experience possible.

Review Alex is great realtor to have your team. Had our home sold in the first 11days on the market, we actually had an offer the first 3 days on the market but the buyer bailed. But with Alex's impressive marketing skills he had another offer within 2 days on our home. We had a smooth transition on selling our home. Alex helped us with the purchase of our new home as well and we had dealt with very difficult buyers. Alex was calm and very professional when we started to get very frustrated and discouraged. He is definitely a realtor we have already recommend to our friends and family.

Review My husband and I are happily in our very first home, thanks to Alex!! As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions throughout this process, and Alex kindly and quickly answered all of them. He had a great system for narrowing down our search so that we always felt that he knew exactly what we were looking for. He handled everything with the seller's agent smoothly, which really helped cut down our anxieties, as well. He is professional, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! Even our broker complimented him to us several times. Thank you, Alex! We love our home!

Review The idea of buying a first home was overwhelming at first. Before my wife and I settled on a house, Alex met with us to talk about what we were looking for and what was reasonably in our price range. He was genuinely interested in giving us the information we needed to make an educated decision. Alex took the reins right away and turned the process into something that was more easily accessible to us. The paperwork alone would have been enough to discourage us on our own, but Alex took the time to explain what everything meant, answer any questions we had, and give us the confidence we needed to move forward. He took care of all the arrangements for visiting the house, preparing an offer, negotiating closing costs, hiring an inspector, and so much more. We are extremely lucky to have found Alex and would not be enjoying our house today without his sound advice, expertise and enthusiasm.

Review When we went to purchase our condo the market in our price range was on fire. I was impatient and frustrated a lot of the time, but Alex kept a cool head and just kept working for us even though he knew there was no giant pot o gold at the end of our rainbow. We were looking at very inexpensive places, no giant commission here. By the way Alex treated us and the level of service he gave us, one would think we were looking at million dollar homes, he gave us million dollar service. Even when I was being a pain in the rear, Alex just kept smiling and doing his job. We have our condo and we love it. Alex could not have done a better job or gone more out of his way to make our dream a reality. Weather you are buying or selling, I would HIGHLY recommend Alex Mackey.

Review Alex is smart, intuitive, and very caring towards the needs of his clients. His advice during the negotiating process (for buying and selling) was always helpful, and made us feel better about our decisions. Alex is genuine and hard working, a combination that's extremely important in a real estate agent!

Review My wife and I were first time home-buyers, and we are so happy we had Alex there every step of the way! He was so responsive to all our questions and educated us on many items that could have been easily overlooked. He made us feel confident in our decisions by ensuring they were always well-informed. We had a great home-buying experience and Alex was major part of that.

Review Alex handled the sell of our home in September 2014. He attracted buyers through the use of mass emails to other agents and open houses, helping to sell our home in fewer than average days on market. His negotiation skills also helped limit out-of-pocket expenses when the buyers requested repairs. Along the way, his constant communication with the buyer's agent made the process as smooth and quick as possible. I highly recommend Alex for your buying/selling needs.

Review Alex helped me buy two homes and I would recommend him to anyone. He's very friendly, honest, and prompt on replies to questions. He accommodated my hectic schedule when viewing homes, no matter the time. Additionally, he became a father when we were purchasing our home, but still helped us through the process. I would recommend him to everyone!
