ZillowVERIFIED Its almost impossible to describe in words my gratitude toward these people, specially Alex K, the best broker I have ever met! I was trying to sale my apartment for 3 years!!! After 2 Real estates and 2 brokers, numerous expenses toward legal fees, harassments from brokers and incompetence from the banks, I was hopeless and frustrated!! For this particular Coop it was not just enough to find a buyer, it was important to find the right kind of buyer. So by the time I was accidentally introduced to AK team I was hopeless and did not believe any one would be able to help me. But I gave them the keys and hoped, to be honest for nothing! To my surprise only after about one months we got a buyer and after a few more weeks he got approved for the mortgage and a little later after all formalities were met we closed on the deal! I am still a little shocked and surprised. No one called me million times, no one asked me for thousand documents, every time I called with a question I was always given an answer. My only regret that I did not met them sooner!
