ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with the absolutely brilliant and energetic agent, Adalie Burgard. When I was first looking for an agent to help me sell my house in York, I did an internet search for the best agent in York. Adalie's name popped, so I contacted her. She was positive, enthusiastic, and - most importantly - informative. She made certain we understood the market and our responsibilities every single moment during the process. She was also incredibly helpful when I needed to find contractors to perform certain services to prepare the house for market. Also, she, along with the entire Glenda Kane team, did everything possible to ensure we received as much cash as possible for our house. Based on my experience, you would be hard pressed to find a better, more sincere agent. I recommend Adalie without any hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We got ghosted by our agent soon after the contract was signed in Feb this year. I had asked for help to review the final plan received from builder, didn't get any response. He didn't even bother to ask or see the progress of our home till date. Very disappointing experience, can't recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED A specific home was needs for my husband, a multi combat wounded warrior & myself. Glenda listened, questioned, advised and worked tirelessly to find the perfect home to fit our needs. If you are looking for someone extremely knowledgeable of the business and knows the territory it is Glenda Kane. Glenda understood our needs and made our home buying experience as stress free as possible. Glenda has a extensive list of resource professional. Glenda is detail oriented and has the ability to understand her clients and their specific needs. She heard my husband and I speaking about how wonderful it would be to have the chairs on the property and she negotiated that for us. It been a true pleasure working with Glenda Kane.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex was great and jumped in to help us immediately. Our buying experience was uncommon in that we weren't officially "looking" to buy for another year, but we found the perfect home through Zillow. Within hours we reached out to Alex whom we've had no contact with before this, and he jumped right in and scheduled a viewing for us the next morning. That entire weekend he was with us through every step of the process and helped us negotiate a price that worked for us. Being first time home buyers, he answered all the questions we had in a timely manner and made us feel at ease through the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Glenda's son Aaron and were very happy with him throughout the entire buying process. While looking at homes he was helpful pointing out pros and cons to consider. We definitely felt like he had our best interest in mind during contract negotiations, and kept us up to date the entire time. Aaron and Glenda's team were on top of everything during the closing process which meant less stress for us. Would highly recommend Glenda Kane & Co to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the York area.
