Choose a Realtor that has a track record of success and a proven system that streamlines the process from start to finish. Choose an agent that has a great marketing plan that entails professional photography, 3D Matterport Virtual tour, Premium membership on Zillow.com , Trulia.com Realtor.com and Homes.com as well as rich print material and broker open houses as well as public open houses. As importantly choose an agent that understand how to advise you on pricing the property properly given the market conditions around that property.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from 1st time buyers and sellers to luxury buyers and second home buyers. After 15 years in the business I have worked with nearly every kind of buyer or seller that one could imagine from out of state sellers of estates to out of country buyers and sellers as well.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a home for an out of state seller that had a loved one go into hospice. They needed to be by their loved ones side. We facilitated listing the property from out of state then marketed and sold the home in two weeks for above asking price. We are closing this week and they could not be happier. We helped them with lawn care and movers to ease the transition as well.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My father was in the business when I was young and I attended his team meetings on a regular basis while also watching and listening to him help people with purchases and sales. I remember thinking that I wanted to do it one day. After I was done seeing the world in my early 20s I got into the business and have not looked back.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My education of GRI and Luxury Specialist as well as the years of coaching and mentoring with various real estate coaches are a good foundation. However I believe my true strength lies within the 15 years and over 700 transactions that I have done. There is no better teacher than experience and hard work. My focus is always on the customer and achieving their goals. Everything else falls into place give that focus with the the knowledge and experience I have behind that.
