What can I expect in todays market? From my first time talking to Alexander, I knew he was a likable guy (important in real estate and frankly any business relationship). It was my second time talking to him that sold me. Why? He told me he would touch base with me in a month because I had some work things to handle first. He actually called me exactly a month later. Not a week later to pester me. Not two months later. This type of timely follow-up continued throughout the entire process of selling my home. After some renovations, he photographed and digitally staged my home. This included drone footage of the lot as well. I could hardly believe it was the same house! I think my home had nearly 2,000 views and almost a hundred saves on Zillow within the first couple days. He provided high quality information and comps to assist me with pricing, but he also respected my input. I genuinely felt like a collaborative member of his team. This continued through fielding offers and negotiations. He explained all of the paperwork thoroughly without making my brain melt, and the signing couldnt have gone smoother.
