The thing we appreciated most is that while they give you great insight and thoughtful advice based on their extensive experience, they'll respect your wishes in terms of timing, pricing, home improvements, etc. and will work hard to make things happen according to the decisions that you make as their client. They also worked tirelessly to get our former house the proper exposure to the market - we had a lot of people see the house, and it resulted in a successful offer and sale. For our house buying process, they were incredibly responsive, helping us get our new house under contract about 24 hours after it hit the market. We would gladly recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area.
