Alexa was both my buyers and sellers agent, too many positives to list really, great negotiator on both sides, excellent follow up - she's on it, great communicator, knows real estate law. But, the thing that I liked most was the "no pressure". It's all about the client - not Alexa. I "wanted" to sell but didn't really "need" to sell, I wasn't desperate. I really needed to get my price for the move to make sense. My previous experience with realtors was they want to immediately lower the price make the sale and move on. After a lot of work on it, she was ok with taking it off the market and waiting for a better price. She believed in my home value and selling price and we eventually got it. She was very good at finding the right comps as well to get that price and it was an unusual and over built property for the area. Can't say enough really which is why Alex will be my realtor again no doubt.

If I could give Alexa more than five stars, I would. Selling my mom's house from another state felt incredibly overwhelming at first, but Alexa made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as it could have been. Because we were selling remotely, communication was everythingaEUR"and Alexa absolutely excelled. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening throughout the process. We never felt out of the loop, despite being so far away. What really set her apart was her ability to solve problems and go above and beyond whenever something came up. Alexa is excellent!!! Could not find a better realtor... very responsive & helpful. Would recommend her highly to anybody looking for a realtor. Alexa was fantastic! She knew all the details of relevant local listings and was on top of everything. She arranged for a 3-D tour of our house and the posting looked so great, we got 2 offers in 2 days and accepted an offer on the 3rd day, at our asking price, which we aimed a little high to begin with so that was amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would. Alexa and Dallas are a dream team. They helped us sell and buy a home in a short time frame, in two different cities during the very stressful time of Covid. They always made us feel safe and comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and always available. They made us feel like we were their only clients, even though I know they had many other transactions at the same time. They sold our house for above asking price, with multiple offers over 1 weekend!!! And they helped us buy our dream home and beat out 17 other offers! Having never sold a house before I was anxious about the process. Alexa was patient, enthusiastic and confident that the process would go smoothly. I sold the house in just a few days, but the buyers didn't qualify so we had to start over. Alexa never lost her confidence and enthusiasm even though I was now across the country. She explained all the steps and answered all my questions, some asked several times.
