ZillowVERIFIED I was very happy with the service I received from Mr. Verdov! He called me with a fantastic offer and from listing to offer was less than 21 days. I got over asking for a property that I thought was going to be difficult to sell. Would definitely use Verdovs services again in future transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED AmeriHomes Realty recommended my buyers agent during my homebuying process. Alex Verdov was very professional and really knew what he was doing! ZillowVERIFIED Working with Alex Verdov was a very positive experience, in all aspects. First, I called through the Zillow and I was contacted within an hour. He responded rapidly always, selected a very good staging consultant, and photographers that really put together a great set of photos which presented the property very well. Showings occurred promptly, and the condo sold in 30 days. Finally, the lawyer, Verdov provided was also excellent and super responsive. I highly recommend Mr. Verdov to anyone selling a property in sheepshead bay.

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing! Without Alex Verdov we wouldn't be living in our very first home. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and made it a pleasant experience. Being our first home, my fiancA(C) and I had so many questions and concerns. Not only did he answer and alleviate all of them, but also he actuallyA found our home and fought to have the open house cancelled after we put in an offer. We would not be living in our new home if it wasn't for him. Smart, professional, and responsive. We want to thank Alex Verdov from AmeriHomes Realty for all of his help and encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to go with him.
